Diane was so good to my mother during the entire process (which took over 6 months) that I can’t say enough about her. Since my mother had already moved to a retirement home, Diane would drive her back to get things and go over everything. I myself talked to Diane many times since I live in New Jersey and was concerned about my mother getting through this very important event (she needs to live off of the equity). My experience with selling a villa with Dianne was outstanding! After my mom passed away we decided to sell her villa and took the recommendation of one of her neighbors and contacted her. Our first meeting with Dianne was pleasant and informative. She was very knowledgeable of the area and the market. We sold quickly in a rapidly changing market (interest rates up) at a price that was better than I expected considering the market dynamics. There is a bit more to this tale. The closing was scheduled out 4 months as per agreement with buyer and myself. In that 4 month period the area was visited by hurricane and a tropical storm. There was minor roof and skylight damage which is difficult to assess and find contractors to repair from the state of Maine. Dianne was all over it. She lined up a contractor who got the work done well and at a very reasonable price. We also were in need of a handyman, electrician, house cleaner at various points which Dianne was able to line up for us. All did quality work with reasonable prices. Bottom line is she has all these resources at her disposal which is a huge benefit when selling from a distance. Dianne would also check in on the villa from time to time and inspect work that was done. In a nutshell she is a godsend! Words really can't express my appreciation but thank you! Recommendation: buy or sell a house with Dianne!

Diane spent many hours and many miles showing me many homes. Our original plan was to find an investment property and then we changed our minds and decided to find a new home for ourselves. She put up with all of my changes and concerns with a smile and a wonderfully considerate manner. And even talked me out of a few decisions I would have regretted afterward. My husband and I just closed and moved into our new home from Bradenton to Sarasota and haven't even unpacked yet. The home we bought had a tenant living in it and our first closing was delayed a week because they had not moved out. Diane made it her mission to stay on top of the selling agent to make sure the tenants moved out prior to the second closing. Diane is an amazing real estate agent for luxury properties in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota. She was professional from start to finish. The process started with detailed explanation of all paperwork. Her company had a photographer, videographer and drone operator take amazing photos of my property. They had flyers and maps and other information for each showing. My place looked like a model home. We had dozens of Zillow saves and showings started the next day. The offers followed quickly and we accepted. Diane continued working. She recommended contractors for a few minor repairs. The closing process was smooth sailing. I highly recommend Diane if you want someone to market your home like a pro.
